We are introducing excellent Gouda-type natural cheese made carefully by artisans of Koiwai Farm one by one. The cheese is carefully matured for 8 months or more to have people enjoy rich taste spreading in the mouth. Originally, Gouda cheese which features its simple and bland taste is easy to eat. Koiwai’s cheese, which has less bitter taste peculiar to Gouda cheese, is easier to eat. One of the reasons for its popularity is because of feeling the soft flavor of raw milk while eating.
Of course, it is good to cut and put it on bread and crackers. It is also recommended to use it for cooking because the Gouda-type natural cheese melts well as heated. Going with various ingredients, the cheese is useful for a variety of menus.

The Gouda-type creamy natural cheese with a flavor peculiar to mature cheese is sold at a store of Koiwai Farm Makiba-en. It is also available at Koiwai Online Shop. As it is manually made one by one after receiving an order, it will take one ~ two weeks to deliver.
