Jigoku-Mushi Kobo Kannawa
Gourmet cuisine "Jigoku-Mushi" is a onsen, geothermal energy-based cooking without the use of oil. Utilizing the steam from the hot spring, items such as vegetables, fish, shells, meat, and eggs are cooked to fortify and to enhance their nutritional value while adding the flavor and the aroma of the steam to each and every dish.
Jigoku-Mushi Kobo Kannawa offers a Jigoku-Mushi pot rental service and a Jigoku-Mushi cuisine workshop/trial program.
Adjacent Pocket Park features a foot bath and a foot steam bath for your enjoyment.
