This handmade soba noodle restaurant was founded in 1898. It is dedicated to using seasonal products in the ingredients, from wild vegetables and spicy radishes to matsutake mushrooms and kamo nanban (duck breast and onions). The traditional way of eating soba is made clear and easily understood for international tourists in the form of a comic strip.
